Mental Mash-Ups

Since I live by myself in a tiny apartment and I don't get out much, I occasionally have those strange but insignificant experiences that one's compelled to share, and have nobody to share with at the time. Thus, dear reader, I inflict them on you.

For instance:

Put on "Teardrop" by Massive Attack. The more pop-culture-aware among you may know it as "the theme from House M.D."

Now sing "Pepper" by the Butthole Surfers.

Eerie, I know.

Things I Learned From "Godzilla Versus Mechagodzilla"

1. At the dawn of time, gigantic pteranodons were equipped with wing-mounted machine guns. This was an evolutionary response to the threat of humungous radioactive bipedal stegosaurs.

2. Yeah, that's it really. Most of the rest of the content is pretty much well-established.

Perhaps, actually, a little bit sad

Today, when I came home, my stairwell didn't smell like hobo crap and my apartment didn't smell like other people's crack. I am so happy.
